Robert joined the challenge center in February 2024 as a billing assistant and quickly moved into the role as a PRS worker. Robert Spade has lived in the local community where Hand and Hand Mental Health Services, LLC is located. He has two children and has lived in Franklin for seven years now. Robert chose to work at this organization because “I enjoy helping individuals in the local community and improving their quality of living. I am very eager to contribute my various skill sets to help support individuals in their own personal journey in mental health growth.” During the summer time Robert enjoys hiking the local bike trails to enjoy natural surroundings. Robert’s most recent venture is becoming a board member of the Pennsylvania Association of Psych Rehab Services (PAPRS) and is currently helping plan out the next state conference.
